About Tom & Jenny's:
Tom & Jenny's was founded by a dentist, Dr. Jenny, and her husband Tom to create amazing sugar-free candy for people with taste buds. Our recipes were perfected by a James Breard pastry chef so they're not only guilt-free, but they don't compromise on taste. Each piece of caramel contains just 20 calories, 40% fewer net carbs than sugar caramel, and nothing artificial. And best of all, our plant-based sweetener actually reduces cavity-causing bacteria and acidity.
We've been growing rapidly and need to expand our content creation and marketing team. We've had great experiences with Duke students and grads and would love to continue that partnership. Please help us get the word out.
About the position:
Tom & Jenny's is seeking content creators to help us deliver uplifting, helpful, educational content to our fast-growing audience. Responsibilities may include campaign and individual content brainstorming/ideation, writing emails, articles, short posts, graphic design, and limited video creation. We are seeking candidates with skills in one or more of these areas - skills related to all of these potential responsibilities is not a pre-requisite.
Schedule/Structure:
Flexible work schedule, but must be able to meet deadlines. Mix of in-person and remote work. We'll work with you to structure an internship during the semester vs summer.
Pay:
This is an unpaid internship, but may turn into a paid contractor position. Negotiable, depending on experience and skill level.
